  • Healthcare Licensing: Every hospital and clinic within the SEZ must secure an operational license (Izin Operasional) from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kementerian Kesehatan). Furthermore, all facilities are mandated to achieve accreditation from the national Komisi Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (KARS) in addition to international bodies.
  • Manpower Regulations: We strictly adhere to Indonesian labor law (UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 and its revisions). All employees are registered for social security with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and for universal health coverage with BPJS Kesehatan.
